Welfare Day in MT: focus on people

On May 28, 2025, the MT Welfare Day was held: a day entirely dedicated to accompanying employees in the company’s Welfare plan.

In MT people are important and we want to value them, helping them meet their own needs and those of their families.

For this reason, we implemented a Welfare plan, relying on professionals of recognized experience:

- thanks to Walà Srl Società Benefit, we entered the world of Welfare and profiled the needs of employees and their families;

- with Welfarebit, the chosen platform, we provide a very wide offer and will contribute to the promotion and enhancement of the local territory.

The Welfare project is consistent with the vision of the Fondazione Marchetti ETS created by Gianluca Marchetti, MT’s CEO and President and committed to bringing the good practices of the Welfare world into companies.
