Welfare that matters: planning and measurement for circular well-being

A participatory project in which sharing with employees from the outset and involving union representatives in every decision proved to be success factors.
Communication played a key role in generating and implementing engagement across the entire company community: from sharing the business idea of introducing Welfare within the company, to administering the WIN What I Need questionnaire to analyze the areas of intervention most relevant to our employees, to providing practical instructions on using the chosen platform. Communication was the thread that united the various players.
A continuous and incessant exchange of information, including Welfare Day, a day entirely dedicated to legal, bureaucratic, and operational training on welfare and the use of the chosen platform.
The establishment of a specially trained internal contact person, acting as a constant point of contact for employees, also proved very useful.
The result achieved—over 70% of the available welfare budget used in the first four months—shows to the high level of engagement achieved.
