Innovation in turning: MT at the CCMT 2026 trade show

From April 21 to 25, 2026, we participated in the CCMT 2026 trade show in Shanghai, China, which was a catalyst for the latest innovations and the most advanced technological solutions, focusing on digitalization, interconnection and intelligent manufacturing.

We introduced MT-DCM Digitally Connected Machining technology, a line of products that integrate mechanics, electronics, and sensors to enable machine tools to perform increasingly complex and reliable machining operations, while always keeping the process under control:

• MT-SmartForce for monitoring tool breakage and wear

• MT-DCY Digitally Connected Y-Axis an additional Y-axis for off-center machining even on machines without a Y-axis or with limited available stroke

• MT-DCB Digitally Connected B-Axis for angled drilling and threading even on machines without a B-axis

• MT-TPS Touch Probe Shield for in-process measurements on CNC lathes

• MT-SmartLife for predictive maintenance
