MT's welfare project among the "Excellences That Inspire" at the Global Welfare Summit 2025

Gianluca Marchetti, President and CEO of MT, presented the MT welfare project developed with Walà, a benefit company specializing in strategic welfare and organizational well-being projects, at the Global Welfare Summit 2025, held in Rome on October 23rd. Martina Tombari represented Walà on stage.

The project was born from actively listening to the needs of employees and their families, implemented through WIN-What I Need, a questionnaire developed by Walà.

It immediately engaged employees and social partners and put first targeted communication and dedicated training sessions as key tools, culminating in the company's Welfare Day event.

A dedicated internal company position was also created, crucial to the project's success.

The project is also generating value locally: several local organizations have been contracted, where employees can benefit from the welfare budget.

Our future goals are to continue to establish contracts with local businesses and help spread this system to other SMEs in our area.

At the end of the project, we received the prestigious "Excellence that Inspires" award from the Italian Welfare Observatory.
